Use constant current when the module lists milliamps. Use 12V or 24V constant voltage for LED tape and voltage-rated boards.
How to Choose
1. Read the module label
The LED board lists either a current (350 mA, 450 mA, 600 mA) or a voltage (12V, 24V). That one line decides the driver family.
2. Match wattage and voltage window
Driver watts must meet or exceed the module watts. On constant-current units, the module voltage must fall inside the driver’s output-voltage window (often 24–42V or 30–54V).
3. Input voltage and dimming
- 120V indoor linear and J-style / F-style compact drivers
- 120–277V universal (most Keystone Power Select and outdoor tapTronic)
- 0–10V dimming on the professional SKUs in this collection
4. Indoor vs outdoor
Damp-rated compact and linear drivers stay inside. Wet-rated outdoor tapTronic units (100W, 180W) go on parking lots and wet locations.
5. Programmable output
Keystone Power Select sets current with a switch on the driver. LEDVANCE tapTronic NFC is field-programmable. Set output before the fixture is closed.

Replacing eldoLED, Mean Well, and other LED drivers
LeanLight previously sold eldoLED. We no longer stock that brand. Keystone Power Select and LEDVANCE tapTronic in this collection replace common constant-current and 24V drivers when output current, wattage, voltage window, and dimming match, including:
- eldoLED
- Mean Well
- Inventronics
- Philips Advance / Signify Xitanium
- OSRAM OPTOTRONIC
- Thomas Research Products
- Fulham
- SOSEN
Match the failed driver’s mA, max watts, and dimming type (0–10V, DALI, or none), then pick the Keystone or LEDVANCE SKU that lines up. Exact part crosses are on the individual product pages.
Brands We Carry
Keystone Technologies Power Select (KTLD) — switch-selectable current, 0–10V dim, 120–277V. LEDVANCE / Sylvania tapTronic NFC — field-programmable constant current, indoor damp and outdoor wet.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an LED driver?
An LED driver is a power supply built for LED modules. It holds current or voltage at the value the board needs. A fluorescent ballast cannot do this job.
Constant current or constant voltage?
Use constant current when the module lists milliamps. Use constant voltage when it lists 12V or 24V. Mixing them will fail the module or the driver.
Can I use this driver with a Type B LED tube?
Type B tubes already have a driver inside the lamp. Use this collection for Type C kits and fixture modules.
Do these dim?
The Keystone Power Select and LEDVANCE tapTronic models in this collection are 0–10V dimmable. Confirm the spec sheet before you pair a control.
Can these replace eldoLED, Mean Well, or Xitanium?
Often yes, if current, wattage, voltage window, and dimming match. We do not stock eldoLED, Mean Well, Inventronics, or Xitanium. Use the product-page cross list for the SKU, not the collection page.
