Description

The IR-TEC PPU-300 is a versatile power pack and controller designed for low voltage lighting systems. It not only supplies 24VDC power for multiple occupancy sensors, but also allows for line voltage load switching based on signals from connected devices. The unit can be mounted in a junction box through a ½ inch knockout with a threaded nipple and locknut, or placed in fixture cable trays or adjacent junction boxes for compliance with local codes. The PPU-300 is an isolated class 2 switching mode power supply that can be connected to multiple sensors with a maximum capacity of 150mA. By using the appropriate control circuitry, the load can be automatically turned on or off in response to input from occupancy sensors, control devices, or manual buttons. Additional inputs allow for connection with a timer, BAS, or manual switch for a variety of applications, including hold on or hold off control.
