Keystone Technologies KTEB-432-UV-IS-N-P instant start high output 4 lamp T8 ballast with wire leads.  Use this ballast to run (4) F32T8 fluorescent lamps, (4) F25T8, (4) F17T8 or (3) F40T8 and more.  Keystone ballast are made with high quality components with made to run indoor or outdoor in dry and damp locations. 

The normal factor 4 lamp ballast replaces any 4 lamp T8 instant start ballast.  Great for Recessed Troffers, Strip light fixtures and Low Bay lights.
