Worst customer service in my experience ever! No return emails, calls or texts. If you want to make a return, forget about it. Never again.

The ballast works well. It is wired for true rapid start so that the lamps may have a decent lifetime with numerous on/offs. Would have been nice if keystone kept the build in the U.S.A. My preference is to buy ballasts that deliver full-rated lamp current for maximum light output, but that happened mostly in the 1950's!
